Award winning Photographer Allan Schroeder is an accomplished freelance photographer specializing in Commercial, Editorial, and Destination Photography.

Allan has produced stunning images from five of the world's continents, frequently covering national and international events such as World Championships and high profile Media events, delivering the highest quality images to his clients. His work can be seen regularly in books, newspapers, and magazines. Clients include the prestigious Canadian Press, WireImage, CanWest, National Post, The Vancouver Sun, and Magazines such as Time, Maxim, and Architectural Digest.

Competent in studio and on-location lighting techniques, Allan is experienced in 35mm, medium format, and large format photography. He shoots primarily digital and is fully equipped to transmit digital images on-site. Allan works closely with his clients, covering all aspects of a particular assignment, ensuring the ultimate attention to detail. Allan is proud of his ability to thrive in difficult situations, whether it is a monsoon in Thailand or a dust storm in the Middle East, Allan has proven he can produce high quality publishable images, regardless of the situation. Allan has a large selection of images from a lifetime of photography, and can meet most requests for specific photographs.

Allan makes his home in Vancouver, sharing time between Vancouver, and Seoul, South Korea. He is currently working on a long term project documenting life in South Korea and their hope for reunification with North Korea. He enjoys spending his limited spare time reading, riding his road bike up mountains most cars would avoid, and chasing a little white ball down the fairway.
